The online entry form for our July show is now open. Online entries close on 17th July at 18.00. You can also enter on the day.
New for 2026 - Save some money and book online! We have held entry fees at their 2025 level when you enter in advance.
And by popular demand, you can now submit one entry form to enter multiple riders and multiple horses.
To become a member of IDRA, you can now use our online membership form. Alternatively, you may use our traditional paper form.
Membership Fees
Before 31st March:
£25.00 for a Competitor
£40.00 for a Family Membership
After 31st March:
£30.00 for a Competitor
£50.00 for a Family Membership
We're thrilled to launch our new membership option tailored for 'non-competitive members' who are passionate about supporting the Ilkley & District Riding Association's mission.
As a Friend, you'll play a vital role in contributing to the success and sustainability of our Association.
Enjoy receiving your exclusive membership card, information, updates, and emails keeping you informed about our latest initiatives, events, and community activities. Your membership not only keeps you connected but also helps us continue to promote equestrian sport in our region. Join us today and be a part of our vibrant equestrian community!
At our shows in May and July we will also have Chameleon Photography joining us to take your photos.
If you do not wish photographs to be taken of you or your family by our official photographers, please tell them.
Photographs taken by our official photographers on the showground will appear in the public domain and on the Club’s social media sites to advertise and publicise Ilkley & District Riding Association.
We're really proud of our show days and how well they're run, but it is a lot of work to setup, run and take down every month.
Please support your club by offering to help either before or on the day.
We have a working party on the Thursday / Friday / Saturday before each show (specific date and time to be advertised in advance) to setup jumps and other areas on the show field.
Help is always required on the day, be it pole picking or organising entries going in and out of a ring. And of course, we have a lot to put away at the end of the show and many hands make light work.
As a thank you, if you are able to offer assistance in any form, you will be rewarded with a free class entry for next show.

Ilkley & District Riding Association is a local riding club which holds a monthly show (the third Sunday in the month) from April through to September.
There are over 60 classes to compete in ranging from show jumping, showing, working hunter, equitation and in hand classes.
Non-members are welcome to attend any shows or events.
At each show we hold 6 championships throughout the day where the overall champions also receive a monetary prize.
All champions and prize winners to fourth placings are presented with their awards at the Annual Presentation Evening.
Special events held throughout the year including dressage, show cross, organised rides and learning days.
